Marilize Erasmus has more than 35 years’ experience in the industry. She started her career with Communicate Personnel as a consultant and moved through the ranks of running award winning branches and brands to becoming the COO of ADvTECH Resourcing.
Marilize is a well versed consultant in Organizational Development specifically in the areas of Leadership Development and Employee Engagement. She has been the speaker at various conferences as well as appearing on television a number of times.
She is dedicated to making a contribution to the growth of individuals, organizations and improving the industry through the service offerings of MERCS.
